General terms & conditions
These terms and conditions are the contract between you ("Yourself", "you", "Customer(s)", "Consumer") and Bravo Based Supplies Ltd (“us”, “we”, etc). By visiting or using Our Website, you agree to be bound by them. When referring to the goods & services we provide we may use the following terms ("Items", "Goods", "Consumables")
1. Returns and Cancelations
1.1 - Your Rights
When purchasing items online or by phone you have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after the order is delivered.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide and notify us of your wish to cancel, once you have notified us you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
You do not need to provide a reason for canceling within this period.
When canceling an order a refund will be issued once the unwanted items have been returned.
1.2 - Exceptions to Cancelations and Returns
There may be some exceptions to returns such as:
- The item has been customized by us at your request.
- The item has been customized by you or a 3rd party
- The items have been used to an extent that they can no longer be displayed without signs of being used (Scratches, Dents, Marks, Broken, Large amounts of dirt or debris).
- The items have been broken by user error.
- The items have been painted by us or you.
- Consumables such as bb's, Pyrotechnics, or items with a minimum order that cannot be returned in full may not be returned but please contact first and we may be able to make exceptions.
1.3 - Refunds of returning items
When returning items you are responsible for covering the cost that may be incurred by postage however, if the item(s) are faulty on arrival or not as described shall be happily covered by us.
1.4 - Delivery Terms
Delivery costs and approximate delivery times are not guaranteed due to current events (Covid-19), we will try our absolute best to adhere to the approximate delivery times.
Delivery times may differ depending on your location within the UK or EU.
Items returned to us due to failure of delivery will not be eligible for a refund of the cost of postage. This may be due to an incorrect address on the package, or no one was available to accept the package.
Items that have been lost due to the fault of the courier will only be eligible for a refund once we are compensated for the lost items.
Items delayed due to events out of our control such as but not limited to - natural disaster(s), disease, war, theft, vehicle damage, vehicle break downs, delays with the courier.
Orders with customized requests such as upgrades or paintings will be delayed on despatch due to labor work.
2. Our Website
2.1 - Changes To Our Website
We reserve the right to change our website, this could be for several reasons such as:
- Updating images such as marketing material, higher definition product photos, changes to logos such as our own or a manufacturers.
- Errors in spelling, incorrect description, new categories, or subcategories.
- Adding new products, adding new descriptions, images for products, filters.
- Changing parts of the website due to user error, fixing bugs, and improving performance.
You agree not to copy, use, or modify the following: Images, Text, Video, Audio, Marketing Material unless given explicit permission.
2.2 - Pricing and sales
We try our best to make sure all our prices are up to date and correct but sometimes there can be errors. If you believe a price is incorrect please tell us through our contact us page.
All sales on the website will be marked with a tag so all customers can see the marked sale price.
We reserve the right to end any sale we see fit. All sales are subject to stock currently stored and can not be given the sale price via back order.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 - Payments
Payment must be made in full before we will despatch your order. We do not offer credit facilities in any instance.
3.2 - Payment Providers
We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards for online purchases (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We also accept payment by PayPal Your billing address must be the address that your credit card statement is sent to. Failure to provide this accurately could result in delaying your order.
